1. What the page does
The assessment uses deterministic rules in your browser to prepare a preliminary feasibility score, architecture, planning budget, and implementation outline. Generating this report sends nothing. If you deliberately submit the review form, the public Kynovara gateway records the raw project facts—not a hidden profile or a binding price—in a protected queue and returns a private receipt. An authenticated, outbound-only JARVIS bridge then imports the request into the local delivery system. Preparing an email does not transmit anything until you send it.
2. Information we may receive
If you submit or contact us, we may receive your name, business contact information, organization, the project facts you choose to share, a project reference, technical receipt metadata, and subsequent communications. The gateway also uses a one-way network identifier to limit abuse; it is not used for advertising. Please do not place passwords, API keys, credentials, secrets, or unnecessary personal, health, financial, legal, or regulated information in the assessment or email.
3. Why we use it
- Respond to a requested project review or estimate.
- Verify scope, feasibility, access, risk, and acceptance criteria.
- Prepare and administer a proposal or service relationship.
- Maintain security, evidence, accounting, and legal records.
A project-review email is transactional. It does not enroll you in marketing. Any future marketing consent must be requested separately and can be withdrawn.
4. Automated assessment
The score evaluates the project, not a person. It is a planning index—not a probability of success, approval, or binding offer. The report explains the main factors, caps, and assumptions. You may correct the inputs or request a human review at no charge.
5. Service providers and transfers
The public website and intake queue are hosted by Cloudflare. When you ask for a review, limited information may also be processed by approved email, security, document, CRM, or implementation providers as required for the request. A requested third-party AI review is not started until the applicable provider and processing conditions are disclosed and the project content is approved for that review. Kynovara does not sell assessment information or use it for behavioural advertising.
6. Retention, protection, and rights
Browser assessment answers are not stored unless you explicitly submit them. A queued gateway copy is scheduled for deletion after 90 days. After JARVIS imports the request, the local business record and later communications are kept only as needed to answer the request, manage an active relationship, protect the service, meet accounting or legal obligations, or follow a documented retention schedule, then deleted or anonymized where appropriate. Access is restricted according to role and necessity.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access or correct personal information, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, or ask about retention, providers, and cross-border processing. Contact the person responsible for privacy at contact@kynovaralabs.com.
7. Cookies and analytics
The current assessment does not require advertising cookies and does not transmit the text of your project to an analytics service. If optional analytics or profiling is introduced, this notice and the consent controls must be updated before activation.

Si vous soumettez une demande ou nous contactez, nous pouvons recevoir vos coordonnées professionnelles, votre organisation, les faits de projet choisis, une référence, des métadonnées techniques de reçu et les communications ultérieures. Le formulaire public exige une action et un consentement explicites. La passerelle Cloudflare place les faits dans une file protégée, puis un pont JARVIS authentifié et uniquement sortant les importe dans le système local. Un identifiant réseau irréversible sert à limiter les abus, jamais à la publicité. La génération du rapport ne transmet rien et ne lance aucune révision IA infonuagique. La demande n’est pas une inscription au marketing.
Évaluation automatisée
Le score évalue la préparation d’un projet, et non une personne. Il ne garantit ni approbation, prix, délai, rendement ou succès. Les facteurs, plafonds et hypothèses sont affichés; vous pouvez corriger les réponses ou demander gratuitement une révision humaine.
Conservation, fournisseurs et droits
Les réponses du navigateur ne sont pas conservées avant une soumission explicite. La copie de la passerelle est programmée pour suppression après 90 jours. Après l’importation par JARVIS, le dossier commercial local et les communications sont conservés seulement pour répondre à la demande, gérer une relation active, protéger le service, respecter les obligations comptables ou juridiques, ou appliquer un calendrier documenté; ils sont ensuite supprimés ou anonymisés lorsque cela convient. Une révision IA par un tiers ne commence qu’après divulgation du fournisseur et des conditions applicables, puis autorisation du contenu concerné.
